By accessing or using PLOS (Personal Life Operating System), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

These terms apply to all users, including registered account holders and visitors.

2. Service Description

PLOS is a personal life management platform that provides tools for:

• Routine Management — Create, track, and manage daily routines and habits
• Reminders — Schedule and receive reminders via web, Telegram, and WhatsApp
• Goal Tracking — Set and monitor personal goals across life areas
• AI Chat — AI-powered conversational assistant for life management guidance
• Analytics & Insights — Data-driven insights into your habits and well-being
• Journaling — Personal journal entries with mood and energy tracking
• Robot Companion — Interactive companion for motivation and support

PLOS is a personal productivity tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use PLOS. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep your account details up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each user should maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in account suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the AI chat features to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content

5. Your Data & Privacy

5.1 Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all personal data you enter into PLOS, including routines, journal entries, goals, mood logs, and other personal information.

5.2 Data Storage

Your data is stored securely and is accessible only to you through your authenticated account. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

5.3 Data Export

You can export your data at any time in CSV or JSON format through the Export feature in your account.

5.4 Data Deletion

You may delete individual records or request complete account deletion. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.

5.5 Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. AI Features

6.1 AI-Generated Content

PLOS includes AI-powered features such as chat assistance, routine suggestions, and behavioral insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

6.2 AI Limitations

AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should exercise your own judgment when acting on AI suggestions.

6.3 AI Data Usage

Conversations with the AI assistant may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude). Your conversation data is used solely for generating responses and is subject to each provider's data handling policies.

6.4 Not a Substitute for Professional Help

The AI features are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact appropriate emergency services.

7. Intellectual Property

The PLOS platform, including its design, code, branding, and features, is the intellectual property of its creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the PLOS platform without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

PLOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLOS and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of PLOS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of PLOS shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
